Our after school culinary lab at Booker High School meets once a week for twelve weeks. Each hands on lab highlights an important culinary skill. We connect students to chefs, entrepreneurers and service industry professionals. We deep dive into careers paths and skills necessary to have a thriving career in hospitality. We teach cooking and nutrition basics; essential life skills that will prepare students for life beyond high school. Students who complete our program leave with a SafeStaff Certification
